The Government ECO4 scheme enables qualifying households without a mains gas supply to access home improvement grants. ECO4 takes a ‘whole house approach’ meaning you aren’t just limited to one improvement. This means qualifying households can have multiple installations as well as smart heating controllers, new radiators and pipework if required.
So how does the ECO4 Scheme work?
If you live in England, Scotland and Wales and your property has an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of E,F, or G, and if you are in receipt of any of the government benefits listed below or have a household income of less than £31,000, then you are likely to qualify for ECO4 funding.
