Gas Engineer/Plumber
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Gas Engineer/Plumber to join a rapidly growing organisation in the energy efficiency and home improvements industries. Eclipse Energy, based in Halifax, is experiencing significant growth and success, leading to this new opening.
Our current projects range from large-scale contracts with local authorities to private domestic installations. As a result of our expanding business, we are seeking a Gas Engineer/Plumber to work on domestic installations across the UK, with opportunities to learn and fit Air Source Heat Pumps.
About the Role:
- Position: Gas Engineer/Plumber
- Responsibilities:
- Install, service, and repair gas-related projects in customers’ homes in line with completed surveys.
- Maintain job time frames and uphold company standards by working efficiently, safely, and with a high-quality finish.
- Deliver exceptional service to clients and their customers, respecting all individuals and effectively meeting challenges.
- Strictly adhere to company procedures, industry standards, Gas Safe regulations, and best practices.
- Perform repairs and minor works as required, attend breakdowns, and respond to urgent calls.
- Order parts and manage jobs to ensure fast resolution of client issues or faults.
- Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday

About the Candidate:
- Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Gas Engineer/Plumber.
- In-depth knowledge of gas systems and appliances.
- Strong understanding of Gas Safe regulations and industry best practices.
- 2+ years of experience in domestic heating systems.
- Full UK Driving Licence (required).

Electrician
- Installation and adaptation of existing circuits.
- Providing electrical connections for extractor fans.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Submissions Coordinator to join our Operations team. In this pivotal role, you will liaise with engineers, contractors, and surveyors to ensure all installation evidence is collected and compiled into compliant submission packs. Your efficiency and attention to detail will help secure funding for the vital work performed by our sales and installation teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-Day:
- Liaise with engineers, contractors and surveyors to ensure we have the correct installation evidence for each property.
- Support engineers, contractors and surveyors in submitting paperwork and evidence using our software and CRM.
- Pull together all the evidence and compile a submission pack.
- Submit compliant packs to funding partners.
Quality Control and Auditing:
- Report any findings of non-compliant installation elements/paperwork to line manager (Head of Submissions).
Internal Reporting:
- Monitor and report against delivery targets.
- Take part in partner meetings to communicate current performance against delivery targets.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Experience in ECO submissions.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of Fabric and Renewable installation procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use variety of software.

Plasterer/Boarder
Purpose of Role:
The role of a plasterer/boarder is there to ensure that all work gets carried out to the highest specification, in line with what is required within each specific booked job. The majority of work is to plaster/board within the roof space of properties, after all other work has been completed.
This role is a customer facing role with customer interaction within their homes, meaning that all plasterers/boarders are required to have empathy with their role and responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Examine and prime surfaces for boarding/plastering in line with survey ensuring full communication with the key stakeholders and the customer.
- Select and apply the appropriate plastering materials for each site/job.
- Protecting non plastering surfaces within customers homes with the correct materials, ensuring care is taken with this.
- Report any concerns or issues with the plastering/boarding, which may cause future issues to your line manager accordingly.
- Mixing and preparing plastering/boarding materials appropriately.
- Liaising with managers and other trades within the business to ensure that all timescales are communicated and deadlines met.

The chosen candidate will predominantly be conducting general joinery work on domestic properties. Work includes, but is not limited to, the installation of skirting boards, doors, windowsills, and other general domestic joinery works.

We are looking for multiple versatile and skilled Multi-Trade Operative to join our team.
They will be responsible for undertaking a variety of tasks related to different trades. This role requires a well-rounded individual with expertise in multiple areas, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle a diverse range of tasks efficiently.
At least one of the successful candidates will have specific experience in plumbing and the adjustments of pipework and removal and refitting of radiators and TRVs.
Responsibilities
